Registration material for the EMDA Fall Convention and Industry Showcase was emailed to all members on Wednesday, July 20, and was also posted to the EMDA web site. Information about the Fall Convention (including two copies of the Appointment Book), will be mailed to all EMDA members in the next couple of weeks.
Beginning with the Joint Opening Session on Tuesday morning and ending with a Member Breakfast and Roundtables on Thursday morning, EMDA reps and distributors will fill their convention times with member-to-member contact; manufacturer and supplier interviews and informative and entertaining convention programs. Meeting and networking opportunities are the main reason attendees and exhibitors participate in the Fall Convention and EMDA strives to provide the most effective structured means to enable such interaction.
As you’ll see on the Schedule_at_a_Glance, most attendees should plan to arrive on Monday, October 31. Main departure day is Friday, November 4. As a reminder, the Group rate at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina hotel is $199 per night – and all reservations need to be made through EMDA.
Registration is also open for EMDA’s Industry Showcase. A half-day show-and-tell opportunity for manufacturers and marketers of goods and services of interest to distributors, reps and manufacturers of farm equipment and related products, EMDA’s Industry Showcase is a highlight during the concurrent conventions of the Equipment Marketing & Distribution Association (EMDA) and the Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association (FEMA).
