Karen Lindberg Jefferson CPMR CSP has extensive experience with independent manufacturers representatives, the manufacturers they represent and the distributors that partner with them. Working across multiple industries, Karen’s understanding of the unique rep/manufacturer relationship helps each improve their relationships. Better relationships lead to better business.
With a degree in Communications as Karen is as comfortable conversing one on one, working in a trade show environment, leading small groups, as well as speaking to larger groups. Her certifications (Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative and Certified Sales Professional) give her resources and insight into the needs of reps and your sales team. She also worked for her family’s rep firm as distributor manager for nine years. Karen understands your business language even if she does not speak the jargon of any one industry.
Through her leadership of MRERF, Karen poised the organization to grow from a mom and pop foundation to a true leader in resources for manufacturers and their reps with the goal of leveraging change in multiple industries. Innovation is key to remaining relevant for organizations and people alike.
