Michael R. Buckley is the JC Penney Company Chair of Business Leadership and a Professor of Management and a Professor of Psychology in the Michael F. Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma. He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from Auburn University. He is interested in a wide variety of topics in Human Resources Management, for example, interview decision making, fairness and bias in selection, and organizational socialization. Buckley has published over 180 peer reviewed articles and is a Fellow of the Southern Management Association and the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology. He has consulted extensively with myriad organizations and regularly speaks on topics in management.
