🚨 We Heard You! EMDA’s Member Portal Now Includes QR Codes for Faster Event Check-In & Smarter Networking 🚨

At EMDA, your feedback drives innovation — and thanks to your suggestions from the Fall Meeting (and the support of Platinum Provider Member, Department 210), we’re rolling out an exciting new portal upgrade Launching at Our 2025 Spring Meeting!

🔹 What’s New? Every registered contact in the EMDA Member Portal now has a unique QR code, offering a better, faster, and more connected event experience:

Speedy event check-in – Just scan your code for instant access to EMDA meetings.
Smarter networking – Share your QR code to direct others instantly to your company page.
Personalized name badges – Your portal contact info will be printed directly on your badge.

🛠 What You Need to Do Now:

Update your contact info before registration to ensure your name badges and QR codes are accurate. Here’s how:

  1. Log into the EMDA Member Portal at https://members.emda.net

  2. Navigate to your Company Directory Page

  1. Click the "Contacts" tab

    • To edit a contact, click the icon next to their name and select the  edit icon in the top righthand corner.

    • To add a new contact, click the  icon at the top righthand corner of company profile page (see image below).

Remember, Accurate info = smooth registration, seamless networking, and properly printed name badges.
