EMDA is excited to offer Company Spotlight Sessions during the 2026 Joint Fall Convention in New Orleans, giving companies a unique opportunity to position themselves as thought leaders while engaging directly with convention attendees.
These 30-minute spotlight sessions are designed to provide companies with dedicated time during the convention program to share industry insights, educational content, innovative products, business solutions, or emerging trends with a targeted audience of equipment industry professionals.
For just $350, participating companies will receive:
A 30-minute presentation slot during the convention
Featured placement in the official convention agenda
Recognition within the event app
An opportunity to educate and engage attendees in a focused setting
Increased visibility as an industry leader
Whether your company wants to introduce new technologies, discuss market trends, share success stories, or provide valuable educational content, these sessions offer a professional platform to connect with EMDA and FEMA members in a meaningful way.
With only seven Company Spotlight Sessions available, spots are expected to fill quickly. EMDA is encouraging interested companies to reserve their session early, as these opportunities will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our goal is to have these spots filled by July 1 so participating companies can be included in convention marketing materials, schedules, and promotional efforts ahead of registration launch.
The 2026 EMDA/FEMA Joint Fall Convention will take place October 27–29, 2026, at the New Orleans Marriott in New Orleans, Louisiana, bringing together manufacturers, distributors, reps, providers, and industry leaders from across North America.
