We have a longtime EMDA member who is seeking his next professional opportunity, and we’re proud to support him in this transition. Many of you know Kent, a dedicated industry leader with decades of experience and a strong history of service to our association.
Seeking: National Sales & Product Specialist (or similar)
Kent is currently looking for a Senior Executive, Vice President, Sales Executive, or a comparable position in which he can continue bringing value to manufacturers, distributors, and dealers across the agricultural and industrial markets.
He is open to roles in Council Bluffs, throughout the Midwest, or national positions with travel.
A Proven Track Record Across the Industry
Kent brings 35+ years of experience in agricultural and industrial distribution. His career has spanned nearly every corner of the business, starting in warehouse operations and progressing through roles as Territory Manager, Division Manager, Vice President, and Director.
His background includes:
Dealer development and multi-state territory leadership
Sales management and vendor partnerships
Hands-on operational oversight in purchasing, finance, HR, warehouse, IT, and customer service
Support for dealers, distributors, OEMs, and end users
Extensive equipment knowledge, including Italian hay tools, green-space maintenance equipment, forestry and logging attachments, power transmission, hydraulics, and industrial parts
Kent has contributed to respected companies such as John Day Company, Ferri Srl Official, Fransgård Maskinfabrik A/S, and Hayward Distributing.
Recent Experience & EMDA Leadership
From 2017–2022, Kent served on the EMDA Board of Directors, including as President in 2021.
Most recently, in 2024–2025, he represented multiple international manufacturers as a North American Sales & Marketing Manager/Specialist, working across the U.S. and Canada to:
Grow brand presence
Support and train dealers
Develop opportunities
Represent product lines at trade shows, events, and conventions
